Respect Advocate Inspire Support Empower

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit network of fashion industry leaders, providing pro bono consulting to BIPOC-owned brands and individuals, with a mission to advance the equity of BIPOC talent. By sharing time and expertise, we have an opportunity to break down existing barriers to entry and mobilize others to achieve their business and career goals, while fostering a more inclusive industry. In building this resource and connecting emerging talent to the existing system, we can evolve it from the inside out.

Programs

Brand Fellowship

An eight-week Masterclass conducted by experienced industry advisors and senior executives. Eight selected designers will receive a $15,000 grant and gain key insights and strategies for building a successful brand as well as how to operationalize growth in the fashion industry.

The volunteer advisory network consists of 300+ industry leaders, with years of experience across all sectors of the market, including creative content, merchandising, sales, and business development. Advisors have backgrounds ranging from high luxury to contemporary and mass markets, across categories of men's and women's apparel, accessories, leather goods, jewelry, and home goods.

Internship

As part of RAISEfashion's mission to promote inclusivity and racial equity within the fashion industry, we are establishing a partnership with the #ANTIRACISMFUND (ARF) to launch a comprehensive 10-week professional development program for students from four historically Black colleges and universities. If you are eligible student, applications are open to apply. If you are interested in partnering with us as a donor, please visit the link below for further instructions.
