·       On this Website, including but not limited to that information which is voluntarily provided by you when you fill out either the Advisee or Advisor application intake form (the “Form”).

·       In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Website.

·       When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

It does not apply to information collected by:

·       Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party, including our affiliates and subsidiaries; or

·       Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website

 

Data Protection Principles 

We will comply with data protection laws which require that the Personal Information we hold about you must be:

1.     Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way.

2.     Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that isincompatible with those purposes.

3.     Relevant to the purposes we have told you about and limited only to those purposes.

The Kind of Information We Hold About You

·       Commercial Information, such as records or products or services purchased, obtained or considered, when you voluntarily provide us with this information. 

·       Network Activity Information, such as browsing history, time zone, search history, a consumer’s interaction information, information about your internet connection, cookies installed on your device the equipment you use to access our Website, and usage details such as individual web pages or products that you view, what Websites or search terms referred you to the Website, and information about how you interact with our Website . 

·       Classification Information, including demographic information such as birth date, age, and gender, when you establish an account, fill out our Form, or take a survey. 

·       Employment Related Information, such as name, job title, education, other professional or employment-related information, and contact details will be collected if you apply for a mentorship and voluntarily provide information on our Form. 

·       Inferences drawn from any of these Personal Information categories to create for your reflecting your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predisposing, behaviors, attitudes, intelligence, abilities and/or aptitude.

·       That is about you but individually does not identify you, such as location data and the date and time of your visit to the Website.

There are “special categories” of more sensitive personal data which require a higher level of protection. These are data about ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or similar beliefs, trade union membership, health, sex life, criminal proceedings or convictions, genetic or biometric data.

We may also collect, store and use the following “special categories” of more sensitive personal  information:

·      Information about your race or ethnicity, if you voluntarily provide it, for non-profit outcome tracking. 

Consent: We do not need your consent if we use special categories of your Personal Information in accordance with our written policy to carry out our legal obligations or carried out in the course of its legitimate activities with appropriate safeguards with a political, social, philosophical aim. In limited circumstances, we may approach you for your written consent to allow us toprocess certain particularly sensitive data. If we do so, we will provide you with full details of the information that we would likeand the reason we need it, so that you can carefully consider whether you wish to consent. Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. 

We may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide as described in this Policy: 

·       To our subsidiaries and affiliates. We may use and share some of your Personal Information with Mentornity, Inc., a Mentoring Software Program, to coordinate and schedule and meetings between Advisees and Advisors. Please view their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

·       To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

·       To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by the Company about our Website users is among the assets transferred.

·       To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. 

·       For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

·       With your consent.

 

We may also disclose your Personal Information:

The following activities are carried out by third-party service providers: payroll, pension administration, benefits provision and administration, IT services.

All our third-party service providers are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Information in line with our policies. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your Personal Information for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your Personal Information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

We collect various types of Personal Information about you as described in this Policy. If you are from the EEA, you may have broader rights to access and delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing of your personal data, or request portability of your personal information.

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal data conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. Transferring information outside the EU

We will transfer the Personal Information we collect about you to certain countries outside the EU, in order to perform our services for you. Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: Info@raisefashionnow.org However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.  

California Privacy Rights

We collect various types of Personal Information about you as described in this Policy. If you are a California resident, you have certain rights with regard to your Personal Information. Consumers have a right to request disclosure of their Personal Information, and to receive additional details regarding the Personal Information a business collects and its use purposes, including any third parties with which it shares information. Security

We have appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. They will only process your Personal Information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and anyapplicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
